My family and I were returning back from our vacation in Florida and it just happened to be during the most recent snow storm here in the Delaware Valley. Well unfortunately our flight was canceled 5 different times and every time I called to advise Eagle Transportation Services there was always someone there to help me. When we finally did arrive into Philadelphia at 2:30am the driver was there waiting for us and ready to help all of us with our luggage. The courtesy and professionalism that everyone showed made me feel so confidant that everything would be taken care of. The Lockhart Family When making travel arrangements it is always nice to know that the person on the other end of the line knows exactly what you need. I can call Eagle at anytime and just give them the name of my passenger and they pull the profile up and all I need to give is the pick time and destinations. This is such a wonderful way to do business. Donna G I just wanted to let you know that the service that we received from your group coordinator and the drivers was superb. They were able to provide the most economical transportation for all of my guest with out any confusion for when they arrived into the Philadelphia airport and transporting them to different hotels in the Philadelphia area. Also they informed me of some things for the group to do while in the area. They keep in contact with me in regards to any of the changes and delays of the flights for all of my arrivals. The driver went above and beyond his regular duties. He helped me with my flowers, and he even carried my dress and other items into the church for me! The limousine you sent was gorgeous. It was sparkling and there was not a speck of dust inside. Our limousine was stocked with soda, water and snacks. The sedan we took to the airport for our honeymoon was beautiful as well. The driver went above and beyond and he even met us in the airport to help with luggage when we returned. I want you to know I will always use and recommend your service. I have had bad experiences with other companies, it is nice to see a transportation company that goes above and beyond to satisfy their customers.
